Fried Coconut Pie.

Nick's Bar-B-Q and Catfish in Carlisle offers a couple of different types of pies. This little fried coconut pie is served on a saucer and has a rolled, fork crimped crust. Several other types of fried pie are offered, and you can pick up a slice of wrapped pecan pie to take with you at the register.
